COVID-19 Policies, Procedures, and Updates
In an effort to keep all staff and patients safe, we ask that you please wear a mask when entering the building.
Before booking an appointment, please self screen for any of the below listed COVID-19 symptoms.
Please do not come to the clinic if you have at least one of the following symptoms: fever and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing OR at least two of the following symptoms:
Headache, sore throat (new and unrelated to any other health conditions)
Runny nose, stuffy or congested nose (unrelated to seasonal/chronic conditions)
Hoarse voice, lost sense of taste or smell
Difficulty swallowing, digestive issues (nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain not attributed to chronic disease/conditions)
For young children and infants; sluggishness or lack or appetite
Guidelines for Clinical Entry
We ask that all patients entering the building please wear a mask. *We do also have masks available for purchase.
Please do NOT arrive early for any appointments. *Should you arrive early please, stay in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time as we follow our social distancing rules in the clinic.
Please self screen on the outside of the building. Should you say YES to anything listed, please do NOT enter our building. We will reschedule when safe to do so at no cost.
If you are a Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Kinesiology or Massage Therapy Client, please fill out your COVID-19 screening tool provided electronically to you by e-mail 24H before your scheduled appointment time.
